Does the thermal coating come into contact with the contents or me?

Neither on the outside, which you touch, nor on the inside of the bottle, is there any coating, as the material used is so high-quality that no coating is needed. Our special thermal coating is located on the outer wall of the inner body to minimize heat radiation and consists of a copper layer.

Both the drink and you only come into contact with food-grade 18/10 stainless steel, not the coating.

Can I personalize my product?

Absolutely - customization through laser engraving is possible for all our products. This isn't temporary; your engraving request is essentially immortalized on the product :) You can find our engraving products under the regular menu and then "Product Name + Engraving" where you can also preview what the customization will look like.

Are all your products BPA / toxin-free?

All our products are annually tested by DEKRA for food safety. This ensures that all your products are 100% okay :) You can also view our certificate on the DEKRA pages! All processed seals, etc., are made from food-safe silicone, which is BPA and toxin-free.

Which of your products are thermally insulated?

Our thermally insulated products include our two water bottles and our thermal container. Our typical lunch box is not thermally insulated.

Can your products be microwaved?

Our products, like all stainless steel products, are unfortunately not compatible with your microwave. The electromagnetic field in the microwave can move the evenly distributed charges in the stainless steel from one end to the other. This can lead to the electricity discharging at the edges of the metal, potentially sparking. Your microwave could likely be damaged. Therefore, you should not place your stainless steel lunch box and other stainless steel products in the microwave.

However, you can certainly put the container in the oven - but without the seal, as it would melt due to the heat. :)
